It shall be unlawful to interfere with any entry into or upon the place by any police
officer, agent or employee of the city for the purpose of closure of a structure or
otherwise abating the nuisance as ordered pursuant to this section.

(4)

It shall be unlawful to remove an order posted on the property.

(5)

Any violation of this section shall be punishable as provided in

section 48-72.
