491 chars*42The existing bridge analogy, however, does not account for a case like this one, where a third party (such as Mr. Dunphy) wrongfully induced the rightful owner of the Brooklyn Bridge to sell the property in a transaction that to an outsider’s perspective appears perfectly valid. Differently put, the deed evincing Ms. Henry’s sale of the property to Mr. Dunphy, though it may have been voidable, is not, like the deed in the quoted analogy, a “meaningless document” without legal effect.
