(Joint Ex. B.) Paragraph 10 of the Addendum further provides that “[tjhe owner may only evict the tenant from the contract unit by instituting a court action.” (Joint Ex. B.) Paragraph 18 of the Addendum provides that “[i]f there is any conflict between the provisions of the lease addendum and any other provisions of this lease, the lease language required by HUD shall control.” (Joint Ex.
