We cannot, however, "substitute our judgment for that of the judge on credibility questions." Commonwealth v. Werner, 81 Mass. App. Ct. 689, 698 (2012). It is for the judge to evaluate the demeanor and credibility of the witness, to decide whom to believe and which parts of each witness's testimony to credit. Id. Accordingly, the judge did not err by rejecting D.N.'s complaint.
