The additional amount claimed cannot be verified on the record as the unpaid rent differential attributable to the “rollback” of rent. Three hundred fifty dollars was inexplicably attributed to “Rent Differential” and the balance of the $466 to amounts due under the tax escalation clause in addition to the $44 then expressly claimed under that clause. 6
